Net 'About 750 San Dimas Charvels were built without serial numbers from '79 until 11/9/81. A few months into 2013 Charvel change the serial numbers beginning with MC. I retrieved this info from Jackson/Charvel World. These guitars were built using the same machines from Japan that were shipped over and retooled in Ensenada Mexico. It is rare because the serial number starts with CM not MC. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their address is current and updated prior to making purchase.
